About Anambra State Development and Investment Corporation (ADIC)

Anambra State Development and Investment Corporation (ADIC), registration number 8376261, is mandated to mobilise capital, develop strategic projects, and catalyse the sustainable economic transformation of Anambra State and beyond.

The Corporation operates as a hybrid Development Institution and Investment Corporation, combining the development orientation of a Development Finance Institution with the commercial discipline of a professionally managed investment company.

Rather than financing projects solely from its own balance sheet, ADIC deploys its capital to de-risk investments, improve project bankability, and crowd in domestic and international private capital through co-investments, public-private partnerships, and blended finance structures.

While the State Government serves as the founding and promoting shareholder, ADIC is designed to operate as a commercially driven institution with a broad and diversified ownership structure, with the majority of its equity ultimately held by private-sector investors, Development Finance Institutions (DFIs), institutional investors, and other strategic partners.

Mission

To originate, structure, de-risk and finance viable infrastructure and economic development projects in Anambra State and beyond, delivering competitive risk-adjusted returns to shareholders alongside measurable economic, social and environmental impact.

Vision

To be Africa's leading sub-national development and investment corporation, serving as the trusted platform for mobilising private and institutional capital to drive sustainable economic growth, infrastructure development and shared prosperity.
